Happy Wagon ships only within New South Wales. For future sales across Australia please hold tight. If you have ordered a monthly wine subscription - you can expect your order to arrive between 1- 5 full business days from shipping out. All orders will be shipped on the 3rd week of every month [depending on where we are shipping to]. For additional case purchases please allow an additional 5 working days for us to receive the stock from the winemaker. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia. Delays can be expected in busy periods before Christmas. Please note: If you have checked the box yes to ‘permission to leave’ Happy Wagon is not responsible for the goods after delivery has been dropped.


A monthly recurring payment will be deducted on the 15th of each month. Deliveries will then be shipped out on the 3rd week of that same month. The account name featured on your statement will read ‘Stowaway Freshwater’ not ‘Happy Wagon’ so please don’t be alarmed - it’s just a sister brand.

returns & cancella -tions

Happy Wagon reserves the right to cancel any order at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or numbers provided. We will refund all payments using the original method received but we do not hold credit card information on our systems.

Returns are accepted at the cost of the customer. All returned products including boxes must be in exact condition that they were sent in. Ensure all boxes are adequately protected when returning as any damage will be the customers responsibility and will result in a fee. To return items please contact & we will pave the way for the process. If it is a wine club return - we will ask you to opt out of the club in future until ready to rock & roll again.
