This is a Superb Pinot Noir picked from the coolest site in the Mornington Peninsula region. Beautifully crafted, this wine is layered, complex and intense with an array of red and dark fruits amongst the aromas of rose and cranberry. Persistent and energetic, this exquisite wine will keep on giving for years to come.
Made with Burgundian techniques and minimal intervention by winemaker Luke Curry who started working on the Peninsula in 1999 before heading back to college to complete his Wine Science Degree. After a Winemaking stint at Red Hill Estate he started to produce wines under his own label making this stunning Pinot Noir from an organically farmed 2ha block planted to Pinot Gris and Pinot noir out at Main Ridge on the Peninsula. Luke is definitely one talented Winemaker to look out for, with his wines being found on some of the best Wine lists in Sydney and Melbourne.
