Combining the three classic red varieties of the Barossa Valley [Grenache Shiraz Mataro] to create a wine with deep, dark berry characters, a smoky, savoury line from the Mataro brightened by a light rose petal complexity. Varietal components were fermented separately in small concrete vessels and then blended and finished in a 1650L French oak cask. 122 cases made.
