Poachers Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc | Canberra District | 2019

This is a Sauvignon we like to drink. Cool climate, fresh and a lovely tipple that’s friendly for all the family (over 18!). The nose is all about melons, peaches and a hint of passionfruit whilst the palate is textural and creamy with layers of stone fruit, green apple and a mineral drive that nicely ties the wine together. It’s got an Aussie backbone but leans towards being more French in style than Australian.
