Made primarily from Pink Semillon and Viognier left on its skins for 3-5 days before wild fermentation in a mixture of old oak and concrete eggs, this pet nat is fresh, frisky and full of flavour. There is a definite fruit salad vibe going on here with Rockmelon, pear and stone-fruits filling the palate, whilst a core of mouth-watering mineral acidity drives the wine through your mouth and leads it to a crisp, dry finish that lingers on.
