Moon Baby Shiraz | Central VIC | 2019

Taste: Soft, fresh and filled with blue fruit, earthy minerals and a hint of white pepper. There’s a tons of yummy dark fruit here that’s complimented by textural complexity and smooth tannin. This is a red that’s as easy as a Sunday morning with no kids or a hangover.

Grass Roots and Chi: Owen Latta is the guy behind this wine along with some fun label creation by Soph and Bry at Happy wagon. He sourced the grapes from organically managed vineyards in Central Victoria and created a wine with focus and precision, whilst maintaining a hands-off approach.

Soph reckons Owen is a bit of a gun when it comes to making dam good booze and this shiraz is a prime example!
