Monceau Pét Nat Fuji Apple Kombucha uses Fuji apples from West Gippsland in Victoria. They have milder tannin and acidity levels, with a healthy sweetness that drives fermentation.
Monceau make their Pét Nat using the ancestral method, where the juice undergoes two natural fermentations, with the second in the bottle to create unique, ever-changing flavour profiles with no sweeteners, artificial carbonation or preservatives used.
The maximum possibly Alcohol in these bubbles is 1.5%, so this guy is great for when you want to be part of the party - but not prepared to be on the floor doing the worm.
