Two thirds Nebbiolo and one third Barbera, this is super delicious juice to get your hands on. It’s supple and savoury with violet, cherry and rose layered upon a core of dark plush fruit and spice. It’s structurally pleasing with moreish and drying tannin that runs the length of your mouth.
