Taste: 100% shiraz that is fresh, bright and savoury. It’s the kind of wine you can take anywhere and it will slip down a little too easily. The palate is packed with blueberries, mulberries, a dash of liquorice and spice that is fragrant and designed for drinking now. A lick of tannin rounds the wine off nicely. This wine doesn’t need to be talked about, just grab a bottle and enjoy it with some mates and good chat. Cheers.

Grass Roots and Chi: Josephine Perry is creating quite the name for herself in the wine world with her Dormilona label. A mum of two, Jo works hard to balance her work and home life and often is found in the vineyard working away whilst having fun with her kids.

She creates hand crafted wines that are made with love and tender care, with her focus being in the vineyard; sourcing fruit that is grown organically and biodynamically in the Margaret River region.
