An exquisite chardonnay that expresses purity, site and regionality. Hand picked and naturally fermented in Terracotta Amphora Clay Pots, this wine is a delight for the senses with lemongrass, ginger and citrus aromas enticing you to take a sip. The palate is layered and broad at the front of your mouth with bright lemony notes and a core of peach, apple and pear that sings out as it dances across your mouth. Towards the end, the wine leans in with the help of a delicately poised acid line that keeps the wine woven together and lingering on. Seriously good juice that is charismatic and a little quirky.
