A new and funky take on Semillon! Smell the fermenting, bruised apples and nuts amongst the hidden zesty aromas before tasting the lemon pith, orange rind and hints of ginger that are driven through the palate with a crisp acidity that carries hints of bath salts and a slightly mousse like savoury texture that lingers on. A little crazy but we like it!

 Mood: Hard cheese. Make it a little stinky or blue. This wine packs a bit of a punch so it is ready for some big flavours.
