Das Juice Red | McLaren & Adelaide, SA | 2020

Taste: A blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Pinot Noir that’s designed for fun time drinking. Pretty on the nose, this red has hints of tomato leaf, berry & white pepper amongst a core of red cherry, fresh herbs and ripe peppers. It dances on the tongue as light furry tannins slide down the outside and leave you ready for another sip.

Mood: When you want a tasty wine to guzzle. Serve at room temp or slightly chill.

Grass Roots and Chi: A fun project brought to life by winemaking friends Tom sheer and James Audas. Buying grapes from sustainable growers, James and Tom work hard to create wines with minimal intervention. As little tinkering as possible is done to the wines in the cellar, with all ferments occurring naturally and spending 5-6 months on lees. Their wines remain unfiltered as they go to bottle with very little additions added.
