when do you ship?

If you have ordered a monthly wine subscription - you can expect your order to arrive between 1- 5 full business days from shipping out. All orders will be shipped on the 3rd week of every month [depending on where we are shipping to]. For single bottle purchases & one off packs it should take a day to deliver locally to Northern Beaches & a week for greater NSW. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia. Delays can be expected in busy periods before Christmas. when do i get charged?

For the monthly wine club account you will be charged on the 15th of every month. So, if you signed up on the 4th of the month [for example] you won’t get charged until the 15th. Please note the account name that appears on your statement will be from ‘Stowaway Freshwater’ not ‘Happy Wagon’, but invoices will be from Happy Wagon. If you ordered via the online shop - payment is instant.

how can I buy more?

So, you absolutely frothed on something in your box? Stock can be super limited, but we will do our best to source extra product for you. Please keep in mind that if you order a case with us, we will have to order it in for you, as we don’t have the stock on hand. Remember, good things come to those who wait.

help! a bottle is broken?

All hand delivered stock should be in immaculate condition. For registered post - well accidents can happen as we use a third party. If a bottle does end up broken - please contact us & we will post you out a replacement.  

gift subscriptions

What a wonderful way to say ‘You Rock’! When buying gift subscriptions for friends, please make sure you add the delivery address of the lucky person in the correct form field & not your address. That way you get the bill & they get the box.  

How do I change my pack?

So, you first ordered a red pack to start, but now want to change it over to a mixed pack? Currently the only option is to unsubscribe & order a new subscription with the correct pack. We are super sorry if this seems a little longwinded, but it’s the only way we can keep the reporting super simple down our end so we don’t make delivery mistakes.
